Standard Maintenance & Support consists of assistance during Service Hours, access to the online Support Case registration and status inquiry via the internet. In addition, Standard Maintenance & Support consists of the delivery of Hot Fixes and the provision of available Service Packs via the internet, along with any related online Documentation.

 

Optional Support

Advanced Support & Maintenance

Advanced Support & Maintenance is an optional support plan that would entitle the client to two days of preventive maintenance by Kanvasys.

The Advanced Support & Maintenance agreement also consists of assistance during Extended Service Hours.

 

New Release Subscription

This New Release Subscription plan gives customers the right to receive subsequent Version Releases of the licensed software.
